Our Roasting

Aroma has special equipment intended for gourmet coffee roasting, acquired by the chain from the Ballestra family and overseen by them. Each type of coffee undergoes traditional roasting at the specific temperature it requires, which brings out the maximum taste and aroma from the beans. During the roasting process the beans darken, and oils are extracted, each with its own special aroma. In this way the coffee achieves a perfect body, softness, and presence that linger for duration.
Our rotisserie roasts the beans daily (Sunday to Thursday), cools them, and packs them in special vacuum packs in which they are delivered to the different branches. We insist on using only the freshest beans, brewed within the two weeks following the roasting process.
