Our perfect cup of coffee

The perfect cup of coffee is not only a product of the machine and the beans. Aroma maintains four basic rules for the creation of the perfect cup, and recommends paying attention to them when brewing coffee at home:

Coffee, water, and milk ratio: The most important element in a cup of coffee that is tasteful but not bitter. For every cup the ratio is different (Cappuccino has more milk, Americano has more water, etc.).

Grinding: The shorter the brewing process, the finer the grinding should be. When making espresso, brewed for twenty five seconds, the beans should be very finely ground. For pressed coffee, brewed for four minutes, the beans should be coarsely ground.

Water: Coffee consists of over 90% water, therefore only clean, fresh, and clear water should be used. The perfect temperature for brewing coffee is 90 degrees.

Freshness: The enemies of coffee are oxygen, light, heat, and humidity. In order to maintain freshness isolate it from its enemies, for example in an airtight container in the fridge. The beans should be ground as closely as possible to brewing. Aroma uses only the freshest of beans, no later than two weeks after roasting.
