The dough factory

We opened our frozen dough factory in 2008, ranking among the most advanced in the world, which produces all of the chain's baked, bread, and cake products. The factory includes a NIS 6 million assembly line, which produces bread dough, pastries, and cakes, following years of purchasing the dough from an outside source.

The products are made from whole wheat grains and natural acids, and contain no preservatives, dyes, or trans fat. As a result our customers always receive quality breads and pastries that are healthy and nutritious. The products arrive at the branches frozen, and each branch defrosts, raises, and bakes the products on location during the entire day, so our customer always receives a fresh product that was baked on location.
The frozen dough factory is managed according to the strict international guidelines of ISO and ASAP.
