Our rotisserie

Aroma's rotisserie in Emek Ha'ela was established with the cooperation of the Ballestrat family from Naples, Italy, who for generations who for generations has excelled in the production of gourmet coffee. At the heart of the factory are gourmet roasting machines developed in Italy and assembled by the family in Emek Ha'ela. The factory roasts up to 20 tons of coffee beans per month. Aroma imports its beans from South America and Africa to create its own secret blend of cappuccino, espresso, filtered coffee, and Turkish coffee. After the beans are roasted they are packed in special vacuum packs that keep them fresh, and then distributed to all of our branches in Israel and abroad. The fresh beans are brewed within days of their roasting, and never later than two weeks later.

Ram Ivgi, who represents Israel in international coffee competitions and manufactures professional espresso machines for the chain, provides professional counseling and donates his vast experience to the unique blend of espresso and cappuccino served in Aroma's stores.
The coffee factory is managed according to the strict international guidelines of ISO and ASAP.
