Social Involvement

Being a national franchisee chain spread across the country, Aroma Israel's activities have both national and local influence.

Nationally, Aroma Israel contributes funds to various societies and organizations that represent the numerous and diverse needs of the Israeli society.
We also contribute chain products that fulfill the assorted needs of these societies and organizations.

These societies and organizations include "Pitchon Lev" (open hearted), "Bigger than Life", "Beit Loewenstien" (Loewenstein Hospital Rehabilitation Center), "Sapir College" in the city of Sderot, the "Israel Cancer Association", "ELEM" and others.
Locally, we are constantly expanding activities amongst the communities in which our branches are located as they are considered an inseparable part of their local community.

Aroma Israel franchisees have chosen to concentrate their community involvement on activates with children and youth, realizing the importance of insuring appropriate conditions for the development of every single child.

This year around 80% of the chain's branches will participate in these activities. Part of these activities includes cooperation with societies and organizations from the education field: "TSEVA", "Hapoel Tel-Aviv, education and social project" and the "Alon" Organization. We are always attentive to the different needs that arise from within our branch location communities.

Our activity guideline is the compatibility between the need of the organization operating within the local community and the capability and desires of branch employees. Branch employees participate in activates together with the children and organization representatives.

Examples of these activates are:
  • Holon branch employees held a "Survivor day" together with "TSEVA" for children. Branch employees prepared "Survivor" activities.
  • "M-Haderech" branch employees manned activity stations for the "Education and Social Project" during a football tournament.
  • Three Haifa branches participated in field challenge activities for children in the Carmel forests.
  • During the last Hanukah the Givat-Shmuel branch employees and franchisees joined forces with Bar-Ilan students and held a Hanukah party For elderly "Tel Hashomer" Hospital patients. In addition gifts were given to these patients at the party.
  • The Bat-Yam mall branch joined forces with the "Alon" Organization and held a renovation day for a school in one of Bat-Yam's underprivileged neighborhoods. Branch franchisees and employees, the "Alon" Organization and students and their parents from the school participated in the renovation day.
