The bakery

Our bakery, established in 2004, is where we flour, knead, roll and produce most of our dough , which turns in the branches into our breads, pastries and cookies.

Breads, pastries and cookies

Through a manufacturing process which combines technology with human touch, we create a wide range of frozen and quality dough products.


The frozen breads and pastries are transported from the factory to the branches, where they  undergo a process of swelling and baking, which takes place throughout the entire day, ensuring that each and every customer receives the freshest of pastries.

Our bakery produces our breads: wholewheat bread and white bread. Wholewheat bread  are made of 100% whole wheat flour, and have a low sodium level.


Our bakers are constantly developing new, delicious, and varied products for our wide clientele. Among other things, a pair of vegan muffins were added to the variety of pastries this year.
