Our baristas undergo training which includes a branch-specific training course, to ensure an optimal experience for all customers. Within the context of the training course, the baristas receive theoretical knowledge and hands on know-how from the coffee industry. Our baristas learn how to grind the coffee beans, whip the milk, and yes, even how to perfect the heart-shaped foam on your cappuccino. Following an intensive course, they are then tested on the knowledge acquired and receive a certificate of accomplishment
Until COVID-19, we held annual professional barista competitions, which also included company-wide employee events. Over the years, we have sent the branch employees as representatives to international competitions. We hope to return to this practice as soon as possible
